Exchanging a Defective Item
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may send us photos via email of the defective product, or send the item back to  Tantalizing Xtensions  If you wish to ship back products to Tantalizing Xtensions please contact us  for the step by step process . 

Refunds
Unfortunately, items purchased on the Website cannot be returned and/or refunded unless the fulfillment error was made on our side. If your product is defective, we will happily exchange it.
